The Toronto International Bicycle Show is the best place to shop for bicycles and accessories, preview the newest trends in cycling from the top manufacturers and distributors plus enjoy thrilling action-packed events. The show is celebrating its 23nd year in production and is one of the largest exclusive bicycle consumer shows in North America.
Some of the events will include the exhilarating Toronto BMX Jam 09 contest in the Heritage Court. This exciting Pro/Am Street contest series returns to Toronto for the 9th year, featuring many of the world’s biggest names in BMX Street Course pulling unbelievable tricks on an indoor street course. Add the Toronto X Track Challenge (Mountain Bike and BMX 4X Races and the Freestyle Dirt Jump Contest) and the CFO Pro/Am BMX Flatland Freestyle Competition and you get lots of value for your admission. The show also provides valuable cycling information such as where, when and how, club enrollment opportunities, Exreme Theatre, Mountain Bike Trials show, and much more.

New limits of what’s possible on a bike are pushed, making for an incredible show. Riding in jam format (heats of 4 riders) allows this competition to be one of the most progressive in the world. Saturday afternoon’s Pro qualifying, and the Pro Finals and Hard Trick contest on Sunday afternoon are not to be missed. If you think bike stunts look crazy on TV, you have just got to be in the stands…Guaranteed to be the most exciting event in Toronto all year. Pro Mountain Bike and BMX – The Toronto X Track Challenge features a diabolical dirt course right on the floor of Hall A at the Direct Energy Centre. Pro Mountain Bike and BMX 4x riders will take part in qualifying and final events all weekend racing for thousands of dollars in prize money and awards. A special feature of the show will be the Freestyle Dirt Jumping taking place all weekend. Ryan Leech will also be there all week showing off his trials skills.

I am not missing it this year!
i missed it by one day last year..My freind walked up to me and asked did you go to the toronto bike show?
i forgot,he say oh should of told you!...
yeah i cant wait not shure exactly what i will be entering but i will definitly be competing in something.
If you see someone in a black/white sweater with little green,blue,purple stripes its me... most likely will be with my gf and a couple other people. Don't be afraid to say HI.
If I come into cycle solutions tomorrow, what will you be wearing? If your not working than what about saturday or sunday?

i remember seeing the ultimate "magic chaos rider" cyclist here in the flesh, after all those crazy videos and pictures i've seen... i thought it was all a big prank on pinkbike until then :S

it sucked last year....ended up leaving after 3 hours the first day and coming back to kitchener and gettin way better deals at Eastside's Cycles sale.
I haven't missed a show in 19 yrs! Ill be there once again. Be there early friday, all day Sturday. Stay late sunday to get all the last minute deals....they dont like to take things home, easier to sell them....maybe you shouldv'e stayed around..

Bmx vendoers...Black Pony from Oshawa was there last year, and so was Mirraco, its a blast!! Excellent BMX Jam every year!! You will nopt be dissapointed!!
I have gone for the last 5 years and have never seen anything like this were is it usaully like what tent?
i got ryan leechs autograph there once , i watched brian lopes pwn the 4x , bought my fully there last year, bying a new dj'er this year.... many good times there . even though theres usualy still snow on the ground, this is the begining of the bike season to me

I've never been to a show, is the format similar to the ski and snowboard show? Bikes and parts for sale???
